This love for music led him to working in entertainment and lifestyle marketing. Kion’s worked on marketing campaigns for Fantasia, adidas, KFC, Barack Obama, the CIAA Basketball Tournament, 2 Chainz, T.I., Iggy Azalea, Wiz Khalifa and more. During his college tenure, he served on PRSSA’s National Committee as the vice president of Chapter development. While overseeing social media marketing for the mayor of Charlotte, NC, Kion decided to niche in digital marketing. This led him to his current position on MTV’s digital marketing team where he specializes in social media strategy for the global brand.
